Cancellation Policy
We value your time and ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance through our online booking system.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No-shows or cancellations without prior communication through our online system will be charged 75% of the booked service.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in limitations on future bookings.
